中厚煤层沿空巷道预应力锚注喷联合控制技术及应用

摘要 针对中厚煤层小煤柱沿空巷道围岩变形大、维护困难等难题,以许疃煤矿8226回风巷为研究对象,采用理论分析和现场实测相结合的方法,对现有支护方案下沿空巷道围岩大变形机制进行分析,指出巷道围岩发生大变形是由煤体的强度-应力失衡、煤体结构破碎、回采动压双重扰动和支护系统的设计不足等原因综合引起的。基于此,提出了一种“高预应力锚网索强力一次支护+预应力锚索喷注+回采动压影响期间的巷帮加固”相结合的预应力锚注喷联合控制技术,并进行了工业性试验。应用结果表明:沿空巷道两帮移近量为150~200 mm,顶板下沉为50~100 mm,有效控制了沿空巷道的围岩变形。 Aiming at the problems of large deformation of surrounding rock and difficult maintenance of gob-side roadway with small coal pillar in medium-thick coal seam,taking 8226 return airway of Xutuan Coal Mine as the research object,the large deformation mechanism of surrounding rock of gob-side roadway under the existing support scheme was analyzed by combining theoretical analysis with field measurement.It was pointed out that the large deformation of roadway surrounding rock was caused by the strength-stress imbalance of coal body,the fracture of coal body structure,the double disturbance of mining dynamic pressure and the insufficient design of support system.Based on this,a combined control technology of pre-stressed anchor-grout-shotcrete was proposed,which combined strong primary support using high pre-stressed anchor-mesh-cable,shotcreting and grouting with pre-stressed anchor-cable and roadway side reinforcement during mining dynamic pressure influence,and the industrial tests were carried out.The application results showed that the displacement of the two sides of the gob-side roadway was 150~200 mm,and the roof subsidence was 50~100 mm,indicating favorable deformation control for the surrounding rock of the gob-side roadway.The technology can provide reference for surrounding rock control of gob-side roadways under similar conditions.
