摘要
为探讨用重组促性腺激素释放激素(LHRH)融合蛋白构建的免疫去势注射液对鸭进行免疫去势的效果,选择2月龄正番鸭接种该免疫去势注射液,观察鸭的生长发育状况以及性行为表现。4个月后采集鸭血清测定其性激素水平。剖检观察公鸭睾丸和母鸭卵巢的发育情况,并对去势鸭的鸭肉品质进行口感鉴定。结果证明采用该免疫去势注射液可以显著降低正番鸭公鸭的睾酮水平和母鸭的雌二醇水平,并有效影响鸭的性行为以及公鸭睾丸和母鸭卵巢的发育,对鸭肉的品质也有明显改善。对鸭的健康状况没有显著影响。表明该重组LHRH融合蛋白去势液可用于番鸭的免疫去势。
In order to investigate the effect of immuno-castration injection constructed with recombinant gonadotropin-releasing hormone(LHRH)fusion protein on ducks,2-month-old muscovy ducks were inoculated with the immune castration injection to observe the growth and development status and sexual behavior of the ducks.Serum samples were collected after 4 months to detect gonadal hormone levels.The development of the male testicles and the female ovaries was observed.The quality of the meat from castrated duck was appraised by the taste.The results showed that the use of this immune castration injection can significantly reduce the testosterone level of male ducks and estradiol level of female ducks,and effectively affect the sex behavior of ducks and the development of male testes and female ovaries,and the quality of duck meat is also significantly improved.There was no significant impact on the health of the ducks.The results showed that the recombinant LHRH fusion protein castration solution can be used for immune castration of muscovy ducks.
