摘要
本试验旨在研究益生菌液态发酵饲料对育肥猪生产性能、病死率、经济效益的影响。选取80日龄体重相近健康无病的杜长大育肥猪16800头,随机分成14组,每组设40个重复,每个重复30头。第1~6组为对照组,饲喂传统干饲料,自由饮水;第7~14组为试验组,通过液体喂养自动送料系统饲喂经2%益生菌(复合乳酸杆菌)发酵(25°C下发酵12 h)制备的发酵液态饲料(水料比3:1)。试验期为90 d,在试验开始与结束时对各组试验猪只进行空腹称重,准确记录其始重、末重、日采食量、病死头数,计算平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)、料重比(F/G)、病死率。结果显示试验组育肥猪的末重显著提高了9.63 kg/头(P<0.05),与对照组相比,试验组育肥猪料重比降低了0.34(P<0.05),饲料转化率显著提高;对照组育肥猪腹泻情况比较严重,病死率达到3%,而试验组育肥猪病死率为1%,病死率显著下降;试验组的饲料成本降低了32.53元/kg,毛利润提高了160.21元/头。综上可知,饲喂2%益生菌液态发酵饲料可显著提高育肥猪的生产性能,降低病死率,提高经济效益。
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of liquid fermented feed with probiotics on the production performance,mortality rate,and economic benefits of fattening pigs.A total of 16800 healthy and disease-free Duroc-Landrace-Yorkshire fattening pigs at 80 days of age and similar body weight were randomly divided into 14 groups,with 40 replicates in each group and 30 pigs in each replicate.Groups 1 to 6 were the control groups,fed with traditional dry feed and free access to water.Groups 7 to 14 were the experimental groups,fed with liquid fermented feed prepared by fermenting with 2%probiotics(A mixture of Lactobacillus)for 12 hours at 25°C(Water-to-feed ratio of 3:1)through an automatic liquid feeding system.The experimental period was 90 days.At the beginning and end of the experiment,the pigs in each group were weighed after fasting,and their initial weight,final weight,daily feed intake,and number of deaths were accurately recorded.The average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI),feed-to-weight ratio(F/G),and mortality rate were calculated.The results showed that the final weight of each fattening pig in the experimental group significantly increased by 9.63 kg(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the feed-to-weight ratio of the experimental group of fattening pigs decreased by 0.34(P<0.05),and the feed conversion rate significantly improved.The control group of fattening pigs had a relatively severe diarrhea situation,with a mortality rate of 3%,while the mortality rate of the experimental group of fattening pigs was 1%,which significantly decreased.The feed cost of the experimental group decreased by 32.53 yuan/kg,and the gross profit per pig increased by 160.21 yuan.In conclusion,feeding liquid fermented feed with 2%probiotics can significantly improve the production performance of fattening pigs,reduce the mortality rate,and increase economic benefits.
