摘要
脑卒中导致的运动功能障碍是全球范围内疾病负担最重的因素之一。异常步态的分析成为评估脑卒中患者康复效果的重要指标。步态分析可以反映患者的基本运动能力,揭示肌肉活动的变化。借助表面肌电图,能够更好地理解脑卒中患者在运动过程中的肌肉协同模式及其异常,提升康复训练水平,为改善患者的生活质量、运动能力和康复效果提供理论依据。
Motor dysfunction caused by stroke is one of the most burdensome factors of disease worldwide.The analysis of abnormal gait has become an important indicator for evaluating the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients.Gait analysis can reflect the patient's basic motor ability and reveal changes in muscle activity.With the help of surface electromyography,the muscle coordination patterns and their abnormalities during the movement of stroke patients can be better understood,improving the level of rehabilitation training and providing a theoretical basis for enhancing the quality of life,motor ability and rehabilitation effect of patients.
