摘要
餐厨垃圾作为城市固体废弃物的重要组成部分,其资源化处理受到广泛关注。近年来,黑水虻(Hermetia illucens)作为一种资源化昆虫,因其具有成本低、效率高、无二次污染等特点成为处理餐厨垃圾的新兴手段。然而,餐厨垃圾中含有的重金属(如铅、汞、砷等)会在黑水虻生物转化过程中发生迁移与转化,进而影响环境安全。本文综述了黑水虻处理餐厨垃圾过程中重金属的迁移转化规律及黑水虻的生物学响应,重点关注了重金属在虫体与基质间的分配特征,以及重金属暴露对黑水虻存活、生长发育、繁殖性能和氧化应激反应的影响。研究表明,重金属的迁移转化受多种因素影响,包括重金属种类、虫龄和基质理化性质等。重金属胁迫可导致黑水虻体重减轻、羽化率降低,并诱发氧化应激反应。深入了解黑水虻生物转化过程中重金属的迁移转化规律与生物效应,对优化黑水虻处理工艺、控制重金属污染风险具有重要意义。
Food waste,a significant component of municipal solid waste,has received widespread attention for its resource recovery potential.In recent years,Hermetia illucens(black soldier fly)has emerged as an innovative solution for food waste treatment due to its low cost,high efficiency,and lack of secondary pollution.However,heavy metals such as lead,mercury,and arsenic present in food waste undergo migration and transformation during the bioconversion process,posing potential environmental risks.This paper reviews the migration and transformation patterns of heavy metals during the treatment of food waste by H.illucens and examines the insect’s biological responses.Key topics include the distribution of heavy metals between the larvae and substrate,as well as the effects of heavy metal exposure on survival,growth,reproduction,and oxidative stress responses in H.illucens.Studies indicate that the migration and transformation of heavy metals are influenced by various factors,including metal type,larval stage,and the physicochemical properties of the substrate.Heavy metal stress can lead to reduced larval weight,decreased pupation rate,and oxidative stress induction.Understanding the mechanisms of heavy metal migration,transformation,and biological effects in H.illucens is crucial for optimizing its application in food waste treatment and mitigating heavy metal pollution risks.
