转炉炼钢用大尺寸石灰石分解机理研究及工业应用

摘要 钢铁企业为降低炼钢成本,通常采用石灰石代替部分石灰转炉炼钢。在高温感应炉中通过对大尺寸石灰石进行高温分解实验模拟了石灰石在转炉中的分解情况,研究不同粒径、反应温度等因素对大尺寸石灰石分解转化率的影响,得出了粒径30~40 mm的大尺寸石灰石的高温动力学分解机理模型,并在此基础上制定石灰石炼钢的工艺方案用于某厂120t转炉的工业试验。研究结果表明:石灰石分解速率随反应温度升高而增大;相同反应温度下,石灰石粒径越小,分解速率越快;粒径30~40 mm的大尺寸石灰石分解反应遵循随机成核与随后生长模式,符合Avrami-Erofeev方程,其函数方程为:G(α)=[-ln(1-α)]^(n)(n=1/2);通过工业试验将石灰石以预铺底料的方式在溅渣后加入转炉,延长了石灰石在炉中的分解时间,提高了石灰石成渣效率,最终综合石灰消耗量降低7.8 kg/t,炉渣量降低8.2 kg/t。 Steel companies usually use limestone instead of partial lime converter steelmaking to reduce steelmaking costs.It simulates the decomposition of large-sized limestone in a converter through high-temperature decomposition experiments in a high-temperature induction furnace.The effects of different particle sizes,reaction temperatures,and other factors on the decomposition conversion rate of large-sized limestone are studied.A high-temperature kinetic decomposition mechanism model for large-sized limestone with particle sizes of 30~40 mm is obtained.Based on this,a process plan for limestone steelmaking is developed for industrial testing of a 120t converter in a certain plant.The research results indicate that the decomposition rate of limestone increases with the increase of reaction temperature;At the same reaction temperature,the smaller the particle size of limestone,the faster the decomposition rate;The decomposition reaction of large-sized limestone with a particle size of 30~40 mm follows a random nucleation and subsequent growth pattern,which conforms to the Avrami Erofeev equation.Its functional equation is:G(α)=[-ln(1-α)]^(n)(n=1/2);Through industrial experiments,limestone was added to the converter in the form of pre laid bottom material after slag splashing,which extended the decomposition time of limestone in the furnace,improved the slag formation efficiency of limestone,and ultimately reduced the comprehensive lime consumption by 7.8 kg/t and the slag amount by 8.2 kg/t.
