摘要
为探究煤样的粒度离析对一般分析实验煤样指标测值、煤样均匀性及测值稳定性的影响,采用激光粒度仪测定了不同煤样的粒度分布,采用数值加权法分析了不同粒度级煤样对煤样均匀性的影响,并监测了氧化作用对不同粒度煤样12个月的测值影响。研究结果表明,实验煤样粒度离析是造成长时间储存煤样煤质分析测值变化的主要因素。煤样粒度离析会造成煤质分析测定结果的偏差,其主要原因在于矿物质组分与有机质组分的可磨性差异,矿物质较多分布于大粒度级、有机质较多分布于小粒度级;实验煤样在棕色玻璃瓶中避光保存12个月,氧化作用未显著影响煤样的碳、发热量、全硫、氢等碳排放因子相关指标的测定结果。
To investigate the effect of particle size segregation on the test value and sample uniformity and value stability of general-analysis test samples of coal,laser particle size analyzer was used to measure the particle size distribution of the sample,numerical weighting method was used to analyze the effect of particle size segregation on sample uniformity,and the impact of oxidation on the measurement values of different particle size samples for 12 months was monitored.The research results indicate that particle size segregation in test samples is the primary factor causing changes in coal analysis measurement values during long-term storage.Particle size segregation in coal samples can lead to deviations in coal analysis results,primarily due to differences in grindability between mineral components and organic components,with minerals being more concentrated in larger particle size fractions and organic matter in smaller particle size fractions.When test samples were stored in brown glass bottles protected from light for 12 months,oxidation did not significantly affect the measurement results of carbon emission-related indicators such as carbon,calorific value,total sulfur,and hydrogen.
