摘要
近年来,我国畜牧产业正不断向智能化和规模化方向转型,并对畜牧专业人才提出了更高的要求。文章从文化赋能畜牧产业价值重塑、提升学生专业素养等视角出发,阐述了文化赋能畜牧专业人才就业的逻辑关系,从政策支持保障、人才培养协同、人才需求预测3个维度探讨构建畜牧专业人才就业促进机制,提出文化赋能畜牧专业人才就业的实践路径。
In recent years,Chinese livestock industry is gradually transforming toward intelligence and scale,and putting forward higher demands for livestock professional talents.From the perspectives of cultural empowerment in reshaping the value of the livestock industry and enhancing students'professional competencies,this article elaborates on the logical relationship of cultural empowerment in promoting the employment of livestock professionals.It then explores the construction of an employment promotion mechanism from three dimensions:policy support and guarantee,collaborative talent training,and talent demand prediction.Finally,practical paths for cultural empowerment to enhance the employment of livestock professionals are proposed.
