摘要
降压整流电路可被分为有源和无源两种类型。无源降压整流电路特点具有结构简单、实现容易和成本低等特点。提出一种无源降压整流电路,仅由变压器、二极管、电容和电感组成,利用二极管的单向导电性和变压器的变比及能量双向流动获得高降压比。分析了电路的工作原理,包括连续导通模式和断续导通模式两种工作模式。制作了断续导通模式的实验样机,实验波形表明其工作过程与理论分析一致,实验数据表明该电路能实现高降压比。此外,变压器的同名端关系可被改变,这令该整流电路具有更广阔的应用场景。
There are two types of step-down rectifiers:active and passive.Passive step-down rectifiers have merits of simple structure,easy implementation and low cost,etc.A proposed passive step-down rectifier consists of a transformer,two diodes,a capacitor and an inductor.Because of the unilateral diodes and the transformer having transformation ratio with bi-directional energy flow,high step-down conversion ratios can be achieved.Its operation principles of continuous conduction mode(CCM)and discontinuous conduction mode(DCM)are analyzed.A DCM prototype rectifier was implemented.Its experimental waveforms agreed with those theoretical ones.The experimental data shows that the proposed rectifier have high step-down conversion ratios.Furthermore,the homonymous ends of the transformer can be changed,which will make the proposed rectifier be used more widely.
