摘要
为探究不同叶面肥喷施对普通冰糖橙产量、品质及风味的影响,研究设置了清水(CK)、钼酸钾10000倍液+钙镁硼2000倍液+亚磷酸钾1000倍液(T1)、钙镁硼2000倍液+亚磷酸钾1000倍液(T2)、亚磷酸钾1000倍液(T3)和钙镁硼2000倍液(T4)5个处理,考察了冰糖橙果实产量、单果重、果形指数、果皮和果肉硬度、固酸比、色度以及风味等指标。结果表明:完熟期T3处理的单株产量为87.5 kg,明显高于其他处理;坐果期T1和T2的单果重、纵径和果形指数均显著大于CK,转色期各处理的果实形态指标均无显著差异;完熟期T1和T3处理的果皮和果肉硬度均显著低于CK,果实成熟度较好,且固酸比处于20~25范围内,甜味主导,风味较好;T1处理果实的亮度(L*)、黄蓝色度(b*)和色饱和度(C*)均最高,红绿色度(a*)适中,符合市场优质果标准,且在化渣率、风味和商品满意度方面表现最优。总体而言,T1处理的冰糖橙果实综合品质最优,是生产优质冰糖橙的首选方案,但产量较低,后续研究可通过优化叶面肥配比进一步提升其产量。
This study aims to explore the effects of different foliar fertilizers on the yield,quality,and flavor of common Bingtang oranges(Citrus sinensis).Five treatments were designed as follows:CK(clear water),T1(10000-fold dilution of potassium molybdate+2000-fold dilution of calcium-magnesium-boron+1000-fold dilution of potassium phosphite),T2(2000-fold dilution of calcium-magnesium-boron+1000-fold dilution of potassium phosphite),T3(1000-fold dilution of potassium phosphite),and T4(2000-fold dilution of calcium-magnesium-boron).Indicators such as the fruit yield,single fruit weight,fruit shape index,peel and flesh hardness,solid-to-acid ratio,color parameters,and flavor were measured.The results showed that the yield per plant of T3 at the full maturity stage was 87.5 kg,which was significantly higher than those of other treatments.The single fruit weight,longitudinal diameter,and fruit shape index of T1 and T2 were significantly higher than those of CK at the fruit-setting stage,while the fruit morphological indicators showed no significant differences between treatments at the color turning stage.At the full maturity stage,T1 and T3 showed significantly lower peel and flesh hardness than CK,demonstrating satisfactory fruit maturity.Moreover,the solid-to-acid ratios of T1 and T3 were within the range of 20 to 25,which indicated a sweet-dominant flavor.The fruits of T1 showed the highest L*,b*,and C*values and a moderate a*value,which indicated the compliance with the high-quality fruit standards.Moreover,T1 demonstrated the best performance regarding the flavor,melting rate,and commercial satisfaction.In summary,T1 demonstrated the best comprehensive fruit quality,serving as the optimal fertilization scheme for producing high-quality common Bingtang oranges.However,this treatment showed a low yield,which can be increased by optimization of the fertilizer ratio.
