海绵城市理论在城市小区设计中的应用效果评价

摘要 海绵城市作为一种新型城市内涝问题的防范和解决手段,具有十分广阔的应用前景。为进一步验证海绵城市的应用效果,文章以实际工程为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方式定量分析了海绵城市理论在城市小区设计中的应用效果。研究表明,海绵城市理论的引入能够通过下垫层材料选用、雨水溢流及下沉绿地等设计方法大幅降低小区内的不透水面积,使得在强降雨条件下能够更好地降低地面径流强度,提高雨水入渗量,并降低地表储水量,综合说明海绵城市能够有效避免城市洪涝灾害的发生。文章研究结论为海绵城市在城市小区设计中的应用提供了一定的数据支持。 As a new type of urban waterlogging prevention and solution,the sponge city has a very broad application prospect.In order to further verify the application effect of sponge city,this paper takes the actual project as the research object,and quantitatively analyzes the application effect of sponge city theory in urban community design by means of numerical simulation.The research shows that the introduction of the sponge city theory can greatly reduce the impervious area in the community through the design methods of underlying material selection,rainwater overflow and sinking green space,so that under the condition of heavy rainfall,the surface runoff intensity can be better reduced,the rainwater infiltration volume can be improved,and the surface water storage can be reduced,which comprehensively shows that the sponge city can effectively avoid the occurrence of urban flood disasters.The conclusion of this paper provides some data support for the application of sponge city in urban community design.
