摘要
核电站在工程调试和生产运行阶段,因失电、线路故障、传感器或仪表故障、NC级(非安全级)模块故障等原因造成信号失效的情况比较常见。此时在集散控制系统(DCS)相应控制站点的CPU中,仍需要该NC级模拟量的信号值参与相关的逻辑运算。从建立NC级模拟量缺省值(信号在出现质量位时的默认值)分析方法和设置原则方面进行了详细分析,并提出一套贴合核电站实际应用的NC级DCS模拟量质量位报警的设置方法,保障模拟量质量位缺省值被设置合理,从而极大提高设备运行的经济效益。
During the engineering commissioning and production operation stages of nuclear power plants,it is common for signal failures to occur due to power outages,line failures,sensor or instrument failures,NC level(non safety level)module failures,and other reasons.At this time,the signal value of the NC level analog quantity still needs to participate in the relevant logical operations in the CPU of the corresponding control station in the Distributed Control System(DCS).This article provides a detailed analysis of the analysis method and setting principles for establishing NC level analog default values(the default values of signals when quality bits appear),and proposes a set of NC level DCS analog quality bit alarm setting methods that are suitable for practical applications in nuclear power plants.This ensures that the default values of analog quality bits are set reasonably,thereby greatly improving the economic benefits of equipment operation.
