反向传播算法的医用耗材数字化采购管理系统设计与应用评价

摘要 目的:运用反向传播算法设计构建医用耗材数字化采购管理系统,评价智能化管理模式对医院医用耗材全流程管理的优化效果。方法:通过反向传播算法,设计构建包含采购模块、信息分类模块与数据库模块的医用耗材数字化采购管理系统,对医用耗材进行智能化管理。选取2021年1月至2023年1月首都医科大学附属北京积水潭医院临床诊疗中使用的300件医用耗材,将2021年1月至2022年1月使用的150件医用耗材采用常规管理模式进行管理,2022年2月至2023年1月使用的150件医用耗材采用反向传播算法的数字化采购管理系统(反向传播算法管理模式)进行管理,对比两种管理模式的耗材管理效果评分、管理效率、不良事件发生率和配送时长。结果:采用反向传播算法管理模式的医用耗材配送及时性、工作效率、管理规范化和耗材废物回收评分分别为(92.66±6.33)、(93.55±7.69)、(94.33±8.33)和(94.31±8.44)分,均高于常规管理模式,差异均有统计学意义(t=15.665、11.955、10.241、10.440,P<0.05);医用耗材每日核对耗时、每月核对耗时和月库存积压件数均少于常规管理模式,差异有统计学意义(t=19.419、15.468、22.079,P<0.05);医用耗材出现用后未登记、电脑未录入和耗材遗失的不良事件发生率均低于常规管理模式,差异均有统计学意义(x^(2)=9.840、10.227、9.870,P<0.05);医用耗材从科室申请到订单发出、订单发出到耗材入库和耗材入库到科室所需时长均少于常规管理模式,差异均有统计学意义(t=17.056、27.474、12.387,P<0.05)。结论:反向传播算法的医用耗材数字化采购管理系统,可实现对医用耗材的合理化管理,提高医用耗材管理效果,降低不良事件发生率,缩短医用耗材配送时长。 Objective:To design a system for digital procurement management of medical consumables through backpropagation algorithm,and explore the optimal effect of intelligent management mode on the whole process management for medical consumables in hospitals.Methods:Based on the backpropagation algorithm,a management system for digital procurement of medical consumables was designed to carry out intelligent management for medical consumables,including procurement module,information classification module and database module.A total of 300 medical consumables that were used at Beijing Jishuitan Hospital,Capital Medical University,from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.The 150 consumables that were used during January 2021 and January 2022 were managed by using the conventional management mode,while the 150 consumables that were used during February 2022 and January 2023 were managed by using a management system for digital procurement based on the backpropagation algorithm(management mode with backpropagation algorithm).The scores of management effectiveness,management efficiency,incidence of adverse events,and delivery duration of medical consumables were compared between the two management modes.Result:The scores of delivery timeliness,work efficiency,management standardization and recycling consumables waste of medical consumables under the management mode with backpropagation algorithm were respectively(92.66±6.33)points,(93.55±7.69)points,(94.33±8.33)points and(94.31±8.44)points,which were all higher than those under the conventional mode,and the differences were statistically significant(t=15.665,11.955,10.241,10.440,P<0.05).The values of time consuming of each day and each month of checking medical consumables,as well as the backlog number of monthly inventory,were all significantly less than those under the conventional management mode(t=19.419,15.468,22.079,P<0.05).The incidences of unregistered consumables after were used,unrecorded items in the computer,and the lost consumables were also significantly lower than those under the conventional management mode(x^(2)=9.840,10.227,9.870,P<0.05).Additionally,the required durations from the departments’application to sending orders,from sending orders to consumables storage,and from consumables storage to delivering them to the department were all significantly shorter than those under the conventional management mode(t=17.056,27.474,12.387,P<0.05).Conclusion:The management system for digital procurement of medical consumables based on backpropagation algorithm can realize the rational management for medical consumables,and improve the management effect for medical consumables,and reduce the incidence of adverse conditions,and shorten the delivery duration for medical consumables.
