构网型技术发展现状与前景

Status and Outlook for the Development of Grid-forming Technologies

摘要 构网型技术能够使新能源、储能等电力电子设备在稳态、暂态等全工况下表现出受控电压源特性,使其具备电压及频率支撑能力,是适应未来更高比例新能源接入,推动构建新型电力系统的关键技术之一。为促进构网型技术的发展和应用,综述了构网型技术的研究进展和未来方向。一是从定义内涵的角度梳理了构网型技术相关概念的发展历程、主流控制策略和应用载体;二是对比了国内外相关的技术规范与标准,探讨了构网型设备的基本涉网特性要求;三是分析了构网型技术在多机系统稳定性分析、跟/构网设备容量配比及协同运行、复杂系统电磁暂态仿真等方面面临的挑战,指出了需要深化研究的方向;四是根据不同的系统需求与技术应用定位,对未来构网型技术应用的典型场景进行了分析和展望。 Grid-forming technology enables power electronic devices such as new energy and energy storage to exhibit the characteristics of controlled-voltage-source under steady state and transient conditions,and provides them with voltage and frequency support capabilities.This make grid-forming technology one of the key to promote the construction of a new type of power system with a higher penetration of new energy in the future.In order to promote the development and application of grid-forming technology,this paper summarizes the research progress and future direction of this technology.Firstly,it comprehends the development history,mainstream control strategies and application carriers of grid-forming technology from the perspective of definition and connotation;secondly,it compares the worldwide technical specifications and standards,discussing the basic grid-related characteristics of grid-forming equipment;thirdly,it analyzes the challenges faced by gridforming technology such as the stability analysis of multiunit systems,the grid-follow/grid-forming capacity ratio and cooperative operation of the equipment,and the electromagnetic transient simulation of complex systems,pointing out the future research direction.Fourthly,the typical scenarios of the future application of grid-forming technology are analyzed and outlooked,according to different system requirements and application positioning.
