摘要
航空活塞发动机在使用过程中,飞机会因气流颠簸出现瞬态失重,或需完成加速向下俯冲等飞行动作时,发动机滑油在油底壳内的润滑油会随着惯性向上流动。此时,滑油收集器在短时间内会吸不到润滑油,发动机会出现润滑不良,滑油压力降低,即运动副出现“干摩擦”现象。此现象持续时间太长会对发动机造成严重损伤。但在飞机飞行姿态的调整过程中,这种情况会经常出现;为了确定油压失效的阈值,在发动机测试台模拟实际运行中的瞬间油压变化,检测油压波动对活塞、轴瓦等关键部件的影响,通过试验提前暴露设计缺陷,避免发动机在极端条件下突发故障,同时也为润滑系统设计提供数据支撑。
During the use of aviation piston engines,the aircraft may experience transient weight loss due to airflow turbulence,or when it needs to complete flight actions such as acceleration and downward diving,the lubricating oil in the oil pan of the engine will flow upward with inertia.At this point,the oil collector will not be able to absorb lubricating oil in a short period of time,causing poor lubrication in the engine and a decrease in oil pressure,resulting in a"dry friction"phenomenon in the motion pair.If this phenomenon persists for too long,it can cause serious damage to the engine.But this situation often occurs during the adjustment of the aircraft's flight attitude;In order to determine the threshold of oil pressure failure,the instantaneous oil pressure changes during actual operation are simulated on the engine test bench to detect the impact of oil pressure fluctuations on key components such as pistons and bearings.Design defects are exposed in advance through experiments to avoid sudden engine failures under extreme conditions,while also providing data support for lubrication system design.
