摘要
大吨位全地面起重机在伸缩臂大臂长工况下常表现出明显的几何非线性,仍用线性方法计算会影响力矩限制器系统对吊载计算的精度和起重性能检测,因此,提出了一种对伸缩臂整体变形进行非线性计算和修正的方法。首先,依据系统采样对检测模型进行整体描述,推导了检测模型中的伸缩臂变形公式,并通过有限元仿真验证模型的准确性。同时,提出了一种对变幅力进行修正的载荷修正方法,并以500 t全地面起重机为例进行现场试验。结果表明:检测模型满足GB 12602—2009中规定的精度要求,提出的臂架变形计算模型可用于大吨位全地面起重机起重性能检测中。
Since the large-tonnage all-terrain cranes often exhibit obvious geometric non-linearity when the large-length telescopic boom is in operation,the linear method is not feasible to accurately calculate the hoisting and detect the lifing capacity by the torque limiter.In this article,a non-linear calculation and correction method is proposed for the telescopic boom's overall deformation.Firstly,the detection model is described as a whole according to the system sampling results;efforts are made to deduce the telescopic boom's deformation formula in the detection model;it is verified that the model is accurate by means of finiteelement simulation.Besides,a load correction method is proposed to correct the luffing force;the field test is carried out with a 500 t all-terrain crane.The results show that the detection model meets the accuracy requirements specified in the national standard GB 126022009,and the calculation model of boom deformation can be used to detect the lifting capacity of large-tonnage all-terrain cranes.
