舰基航空出动回收效能预测评估综述

摘要 舰基航空出动回收效能是度量舰船航空保障能力的顶层核心指标,有效的出动回收效能预测评估,对实现机群高质效完成出动回收,提升机群出动架次率具有重要意义。本文综述了舰基航空出动回收效能预测和评估工作的复杂多样性和高度耦合性等特点,阐述了当前运用数据驱动、解析模型和离散事件模型等方法对出动回收效能进行效能评估、态势预测、调度决策和航空保障系统设计的情况,指出其准确性与时效性权衡不足和全流程覆盖范围尚不完善。未来,随着航母传感器网络的升级、数据采集时效性的提升和数据处理技术的进步,对舰基航空出动回收开展系统级动态在线预测评估,将更好满足高强度、高动态和高精度的舰基航空出动回收效能预测需求,为保障人员和指挥人员提供更有价值的决策支持。 The efficiency prediction and evaluation of the carrier aircraft cyclic operation is the top-level core indicator for measuring the aviation support capability of ships.Effective prediction and evaluation of the carrier aircraft cyclic operation is of great significance for achieving high-quality and efficiency of the cyclic operation,and improving the sortie rate of the aircraft group.In view of the complexity,diversity,and high coupling of efficiency prediction and evaluation,current researches employ data-driven,analytical models,and discrete event models to predict and evaluate the efficiency of the carrier aircraft cyclic operation.These researches provide theoretical and technical support for efficiency evaluation,trend prediction,scheduling decision-making,and aviation support system design.However,there are limitations such as insufficient balance between accuracy and timeliness,and incomplete coverage of the entire process.In the future,with more advanced aircraft carrier sensor networks,faster data collection methods,and more advanced data processing technologies,it is possible to establish a dynamic online prediction and evaluation system for the carrier aircraft cyclic operation,which will better meet the high-intensity,high-dynamic,and high-precision requirements for predicting the efficiency of the carrier aircraft cyclic operation,and provide more valuable support for support crews and commanders to make decisions.
