摘要
积石山M_(s)6.2级地震造成震区村镇房屋大量损坏及倒塌,震损高于近年同级地震。为分析震损严重的原因,对震后灾区房屋安全情况进行现场调查。通过对比实测地震动强度与当地抗震设防指标,发现实际地震烈度高于设防烈度。通过分层次分析造成房屋震害的因素,发现影响房屋抗震性能的主要因素有场地效应、房屋结构体系抗侧移能力、建筑材料、施工工序及使用维护等。为提高村镇房屋抗震能力,提升农村防灾减灾能力,提出了该类房屋设计与建造方面的注意事项。
The Jishishan M_(s)6.2 earthquake caused a large number of damage and collapse of houses in the affected villages and towns,and the damage was higher than that caused by earthquakes of the same magnitude in recent years.To analyze the causes of severe earthquake damage,the on⁃site investigation was carried out on the the safety situation of houses in post earthquake disaster areas.Through comparing the measured seismic intensity with the local seismic fortification index,it was found that the actual intensity of this earthquake was higher than the fortification intensity.Through a hierarchical analysis of the factors causing building damage,it was found that the main factors affecting the seismic performance of buildings include site effects,the ability of building structural systems to resist lateral displacement,building materials,construction processes,and maintenance etc.In order to improve the seismic resistance of houses in villages and towns and enhance the disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities of rural areas,precautions for the design and construction of such houses have been proposed.
