摘要
本文针对照明行业造价成本控制与供应链协同的关键问题,提出基于全生命周期管理的动态优化机制。通过解析设计、采购、生产、施工及运维阶段的成本关联性,构建信息共享平台与风险共担契约,以实现供应链上下游资源的高效配置。同时,通过案例分析,期望为照明行业成本管理提供方案参考。
This paper proposes a dynamic optimization mechanism based on the whole life cycle management to address the key issues of cost control and supply chain collaboration in the lighting industry.By analyzing the cost correlation among design,procurement,production construction and operation and maintenance phase,it constructs an information sharing platform and risk sharing contract,to achieve an efficient allocation of upstream and downstream resources in the supply chain.And through the case study,it hopes to provide program references for cost management in the lighting industry.
