摘要
在变电站运行数据处理上,原有巡检系统没有统一的特征指标,导致检查设备的数据读取存在误差,为此,提出基于支持向量机算法的变电站机器人智能巡检系统。在硬件设计方面,构建变电站机器人智能巡检框架,设计核心组件接口形式,设置机器人智能巡检组件功能需求参数。在软件设计方面,基于支持向量机算法构建机器人巡检模型,归一化处理变电站运行数据,提取关键信息完成智能巡检,实现变电站机器人智能巡检系统设计。实验结果表明,所提系统能够将数据读取误差控制在0.01 MPa,具有实际应用效果。
The traditional patrol system has no unified characteristic index in the processing of substation operation data,which leads to the error in reading the data of patrol equipment.Therefore,an intelligent patrol system for substation robots based on support vector machine algorithm is proposed.In terms of hardware design,the intelligent patrol framework of substation ro-bots is constructed,the interface form of core components is designed,and the functional requirements parameters of intelligent patrol of robots are set.In terms of software design,the robot patrol model is constructed based on the support vector machine algorithm,the substation operation data are normalized,the key information is extracted to complete the intelligent patrol,and the substation robot intelligent patrol system is designed.The experiment results show that the proposed system can control the data reading error at O.Ol MPa and has practical application effect.
