摘要
为提高沙曲一号煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻孔密封质量,以顺层钻孔为试验基础,通过钻孔密封质量评价和钻孔漏气检测方法对当前瓦斯抽采钻孔密封质量进行客观分析,提出适用于沙曲一号煤矿“先封孔,后完孔”特殊钻孔施工工艺的“硬-软-硬”夹心状新型钻孔密封技术,并在4402工作面胶带巷开展封孔效果对比试验。研究表明,受到钻孔施工工艺影响,膨胀水泥难以适应钻杆持续性扰动及钻孔动态变形作用,导致钻孔密封段漏气严重,钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度的偏差度达到69.2%,钻孔密封质量差。新工艺利用柔性凝胶密封材料的高黏结、高渗透、自适应变形的特性实现单孔平均瓦斯抽采浓度提升1.8倍,瓦斯抽采效果显著提高。
In order to improve the sealing quality of underground gas drainage boreholes in Shaqu No.1 Coal Mine,based on the test basis,the sealing quality of current gas drainage boreholes was objectively analyzed through borehole sealing quality evaluation and borehole leakage detection methods.A new"hard-soft-hard"sandwich borehole sealing technology suitable for the special drilling construction technology of"sealing the hole first,then completing the hole"in Shaqu No.1 Coal Mine was proposed,and the sealing effect was carried out in the belt lane of the 4402 working face.Comparative test.Research has shown that due to the influence of drilling construction technology,it is difficult for expanded cement to adapt to the continuous disturbance of the drill pipe and the dynamic deformation of the borehole,resulting in serious air leakage in the borehole sealing section,the deviation of the borehole gas drainage concentration reaches 69.2%,and the borehole sealing quality is poor.The new process utilizes the high adhesion,high permeability,and adaptive deformation characteristics of flexible gel sealing materials to achieve a 1.8-fold increase in the average gas drainage concentration in a single hole,and the gas drainage effect is significantly improved.
