摘要
以废弃的榴莲壳为原料,通过原位聚合法将聚吡咯引入到榴莲壳中,制备成榴莲壳/聚吡咯(Durian Rind/Polypyrrole, DR/PPy)复合材料,用以去除双氯芬酸钠(Diclofenac Sodium, DS)。利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、红外光谱等技术对复合材料的结构进行表征,考察该复合材料对双氯芬酸钠的吸附性能,探究吸附剂用量、吸附时间、温度、初始质量浓度、pH等对吸附效果的影响,并对其吸附动力学和吸附热力学过程进行分析,初步提出榴莲壳/聚吡咯对双氯芬酸钠的吸附机制,最后考察该吸附剂的循环使用性能。DR/PPy复合材料对DS的吸附效果较好,在温度为25℃、吸附剂用量为1.2 g/L、初始质量浓度为100μg/mL时,平衡后的吸附效率可达98.17%;拟合结果表明,吸附过程符合准二级动力学和Langmuir模型,并以单分子层吸附为主,对DS的最大吸附量为258.40 mg/g;此外,高温有利于吸附的进行,该吸附过程是自发吸热的。本研究采用原位聚合法制备的榴莲壳/聚吡咯复合材料对双氯芬酸钠具有较好的吸附效果,为废弃物的有效利用和污染物的控制提供了一定的参考。
The durian rind/polypyrrole(DR/PPy)composite was prepared by introducing polypyrrole into durian rind by in situ polymerization technology,to investigate its potential for the efficient adsorption and removal of diclofenac sodium(DS).The resulting DR/PPy composite was characterized via scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and infrared spectroscopy.Then it was applied to examine the adsorption performance for the removal of diclofenac sodium.The key variables includingthe dosage of DR/PPy,adsorption time,temperature,initial concentration,and pH on the adsorption effect were investigated in detail.Furthermore,the adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamics were subjected to analysis.Finally,a possible adsorption mechanism of DR/PPy omposite for the removal of diclofenac sodium was proposed,and the recycling performance of this adsorbent was examined.The adsorption effect of DR/PPy composite on DS was satisfactory,and the adsorption efficiency after equilibrium could reach 98.17%at the temperature of 25℃,the dosage of DR/PPy of 1.2 g/L,and the initial concentration of 100μg/mL.The fitting results showed that the adsorption process conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetics and the Langmuir model with a maximum adsorption capacityof 258.40 mg/g for DS.Moreover,the high temperature was favorable to the adsorption,and the adsorption process was spontaneous.The durian rind/polypyrrole composites prepared by in situ polymerization exhibited a satisfactory removal performance for diclofenac sodium.This work provided a certain reference for the effective utilization of waste and the control of pollutants.
