摘要
测定溴氰虫酰胺在玉米植株中的吸收传导特性和亚致死剂量对草地贪夜蛾生长发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明,溴氰虫酰胺具有双向传导能力,吸收方式为载体蛋白运输的主动运输,弱酸性和中性环境有利于药剂的吸收传导。溴氰虫酰胺亚致死剂量对草地贪夜蛾生长发育和繁殖具有一定的抑制作用,经LC_(10)、LC_(30)剂量处理后,草地贪夜蛾F_(0)代幼虫体重分别降低11.20%和25.90%,幼虫存活率分别降低14.11%和36.47%,化蛹率分别降低13.21%和32.25%,羽化率分别降低1.75%和7.29%。F1代幼虫发育历期分别延长4.72%和9.84%,蛹期分别延长1.92%和15.60%,化蛹率分别降低6.90%和17.67%,产卵量分别降低5.67%和17.60%。
This study determined the uptake and translocation characteristics of cyantraniliprole in maize plants and evaluated the impact of sublethal dosage on the growth,development and reproduction of Spodoptera fru⁃giperda.The results showed that cyantraniliprole has bidirectional conductivity,with its absorption mediated be⁃longed to the active transport mode that required carrier protein transportation.Absorption and translocation were enhanced under weakly acidic and neutral pH conditions.Sublethal doses have a certain inhibitory effect on the growth,development,and reproduction of S.frugiperda.After treatment with LC_(10) and LC_(30) doses,the larval weight of the F_(0) generation was reduced by 11.20%and 25.90%,the survival rate of the larvae was reduced by 14.11%and 36.47%,the pupation rate was reduced by 13.21%and 32.25%,and the emergence rate was reduced by 1.75%and 7.29%,respectively.And the larval stage of F1 larvae was increased by 4.72%and 9.84%,the pupal stage was in⁃creased by 1.92%and 15.60%,the pupation rate was reduced by 6.90%and 17.67%,and the emergence rate was reduced by 5.67%and 17.60%,respectively.
