摘要
目前,大多数研究聚焦于博物馆展览的技术创新与文化传播,但对观众真实情感需求的系统探讨还存在空缺。为填补这一空白,本文以湖南博物院“马王堆汉墓展览”与“马王堆汉代文化沉浸式数字大展”为案例,运用Python工具对社交平台上对展览评论进行文本挖掘与情感分析,结合词频统计与词云图提取观众关心的主题。研究发现,观众尤为关注沉浸式体验、讲解服务与文化背景,期待个性化服务与更强的互动参与。研究认为,可以通过情感化叙事来引导展览设计,针对观众需求来优化展览叙事安排并提升其观展体验,以此推进文化传承及与观众产生更深层次的交互,进而提高博物馆的社会价值及影响力。
Most existing research on museums focuses on technological innovation and cultural communication of exhibitions,while systematic exploration of visitors’real emotional needs remains insufficient.To address this gap,this study takes the“Mawangdui Han Dynasty Tombs Exhibition”and“Multimedia Exhibition of Mawangdui Han Culture”at the Hunan Museum as cases.Employing Python tools,this study conducts text mining and sentiment analysis of exhibition reviews posted on social media platforms.It extracts audience concerns and thematic focuses by word frequency statistics and word cloud diagrams.The study finds that visitors are particularly concerned about immersive experience,explanation services and cultural background information,and expect personalized recommendations and stronger interactive participation.The study argues that emotional narrative can be used to guide exhibition designs,optimize exhibition narrative arrangements according to audience needs,and enhance their visiting experience,so as to promote cultural inheritance and generate deeper interactions,thereby enhancing the social value and influence of museums.
