摘要
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)滑膜组织中大量炎症细胞的浸润促进血管新生,形成侵袭性的血管翳,最终导致骨侵蚀和软骨破坏,对关节造成不可逆的伤害。大量研究表明,生长因子、黏附因子、血管生成素-2(angiopoietin-2,Ang-2)、基质金属蛋白质酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMP)和巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)等促血管生成因子在RA进展中具有刺激血管翳形成的作用。近年来,多种中药展现出抑制血管翳形成的作用。该文通过阐明促血管生成因子在RA中的作用机制,并对中药通过上述机制发挥抑制血管翳形成的最新研究成果进行综述,为治疗RA提供更多研究思路。
Infiltration of a large number of inflammatory cells in the synovial tissue of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)promotes vascular neovascularisation and the formation of aggressive pannus,which ultimately lead to bone erosion and cartilage destruction,causing irreversible damage to the joints.Numerous studies have demonstrated the role of proangiogenic factors such as growth factors,adhesion factors,angiopoietin 2,matrix metalloproteinases,and macrophage migration inhibitory factors in stimulating vascular opacification formation during RA progression.In recent years,a variety of traditional Chinese medicines have demonstrated inhibitory effects on the formation of pannus.In this paper,we elucidate the mechanism of pro-angiogenic factors in RA and review the latest research results on traditional Chinese medicines that inhibit the formation of pannus through the above mechanisms,so as to provide more research ideas for the treatment of RA.
