U型回撤面隅角新型封堵工艺研究与应用

摘要 针对U型工作面回撤期间采空区漏风引起遗煤自燃问题,对采空区复合灾害区域进行模糊分析,确定漏风为唯一人为可控因素,利用Fluent数值模拟软件对采空区流场O 2体积分数分布情况进行研究,得到采空区氧化带分布范围及流场特征。通过调研隅角封堵材料,设计研制一体式轻型封堵气囊,经实验室测定,抗压性能及抗冲击性能均满足要求,在龙泉煤矿4108工作面上、下隅角进行封堵试验,通过束管监测采空区气体组分,采用气囊进行封堵后,采空区25 m处O 2体积分数由11.619%~13.864%下降至4.670%~11.547%,表明该封堵方式可有效减少采空区漏风。同时,采用气囊封堵隅角较砌墙提高10倍工作效率,且减少人员采空区作业风险。 In view of the spontaneous combustion of coal caused by the leakage of air from the goaf during the retreat of the U-shaped working face,fuzzy is carried out on the composite disaster area of the goaf to determine that the leakage of air is the only controllable factor by humans.The Fluent numerical simulation software is used study the distribution of O 2 volume fraction in the goaf flow field,and the distribution range of the oxidation zone and the flow field characteristics in the goaf are obtained.The investigation of the materials for blocking the corners,a one-piece lightweight blocking airbag is designed and developed.The compression resistance and impact resistance are measured in the laboratory,and meet the requirements.The blocking test is carried out at the upper and lower corners of the 4108 working face of Longquan coal mine.The gas components in goaf are monitored by the bundle tube.After the airbag is used for blocking,the O 2 volume fraction at 25 m from the goaf is reduced from 1.619%~13.864%to 4.670%~11.547%,which shows that this blocking method can reduce the leakage of air from the goaf.At the same time,the use of airbags to block corners is 10 times more efficient than building walls,and it reduces the risk of personnel working in the goaf.
