摘要
该研究基于积极青少年发展理论(PYD),考察篮球参与行为与中学生积极品质之间的关系。通过问卷调查法,对广州市494名中学生展开调研。统计分析结果表明:篮球参与行为和积极品质发展之间存在显著正相关关系;每周参与30min以上可促进积极品质的发展,且参与时间越长边际效益越低;性别差异主要体现为短期内女生在诚实正直、自我调节、关爱友善3个维度的得分高于男生,而长期参与后,男女间差异不大;篮球能力自评等级与积极品质水平呈正向递进关系,高能力认同者积极品质表现更优。由此可见,篮球活动是一种积极情境,对于青少年健全人格的形成具有促进作用,有利于开展校园篮球分层化干预及多元化协同育人。
This study,based on the Positive Youth Development(PYD)theory,examines the impact of basketball participation behavior and positive qualities in middle school students.Using a questionnaire survey,data were collected from 494 middle school students in Guangzhou.Statistical analysis results revealed a significant positive correlation between basketball participation behavior and the development of positive qualities.Participating in basketball for more than 30 minutes per week was found to enhance the development of positive qualities,and the longer the participation time,the lower the marginal benefits.Gender differences were primarily observed in the short term,with girls scoring higher than boys in the three dimensions of honesty and integrity,self-regulation,and caring and kindness.However,these differences diminished between men and women after long-term participation.There is a positive progressive relationship between the self-evaluation level of basketball ability and the level of positive qualities with those who identify with high ability showing better performance in positive qualities.From this,it can be seen that basketball activities are a positive situation that promotes the formation of a healthy personalities among youths,and is conducive to carrying out hierarchical intervention and diversified collaborative education in campus basketball.
