摘要
通过对多家模具企业进行调研,了解技术人员在激励机制和绩效考核方面存在的问题,通过分析原因,提出构建多元化的激励模式、建立明确的绩效考核指标、加强团队协作机制等对策和建议,为模具企业提供有效的激励机制及绩效考核方式,以提高模具企业核心竞争力及技术人员的工作积极性。
Through on-site investigations of several die and mould enterprises,the problems exist⁃ing in the incentive mechanism and performance assessment of technical personnel were under⁃stood.Through cause analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions such as constructing a diver⁃sified incentive model,establishing clear performance assessment indicators,and strengthening the teamwork mechanism,a scientific and effective incentive mechanism and performance assess⁃ment method were provided for die and mould enterprises,which enhanced the core competitive⁃ness of die and mould enterprises and the work enthusiasm of technical personnel.
