玉米果穗种子干燥仓均料装置的设计与试验

摘要 玉米果穗种子干燥仓入料是果穗干燥加工生产过程中的一个重要环节。由于干燥仓的入料门位于干燥仓顶部,距离通风筛板倾斜方向的下端较远,入料时入料门的正下方物料堆积较多,每次装入一部分物料后需要工人进入干燥仓内进行均料平仓,以保证物料在通风筛板上各个位置厚度均匀一致。另外,由于入料输送机出口距离通风筛板较高,落差大会造成玉米果穗种子下落时受到损伤。为此,设计了一种玉米果穗种子干燥仓均料装置。装置中,活动框架位于固定框架内,且能够靠滚动轮相对于固定框架垂直上下活动;落料导流板能够相对活动框架的铰接轴自由活动,通过调整其角度和高度,可进一步使下落的玉米果穗种子在不同高度和平面范围内实现均匀铺开并减少损伤。生产试验表明,装置满足设计要求和标准规定。 The feeding of corn ear seed drying warehouse was an important link in the production process of corn ear drying.Since the feeding door of the drying warehouse was located at the top of the drying warehouse,it was far from the lower end of the inclined direction of the ventilation sieve plate.When feeding,there was more material accumulation directly below the feeding door.After loading a part of the material,workers needed to enter the drying warehouse and manually flattened the material to ensure that the thickness of the material was uniform at each position on the ventilation sieve plate.In addition,due to the high distance from the outlet of the feeding conveyor to the ventilation sieve plate,the large drop would cause damage to the corn ear seeds when they were falling.To this end,a corn ear seed drying warehouse equalization device was designed.In the device,the movable frame was located in the fixed frame,and could move up and down vertically relative to the fixed frame by the rolling wheel;the blanking guide plate could move freely relative to the hinge shaft of the movable frame.By adjusting its angle and height,the falling corn ear seeds could be evenly spread in different heights and plane ranges and the reduced damage.The production test showed that the device met the design requirements and standards.
