摘要
情绪障碍是当代临床常见的一种精神疾病,主要包括抑郁症和焦虑障碍,其发病机制涉及多种因素,并常与其他疾病之间存在潜在关联,已成为多项药理实验所研究的一项热点。近年来有研究发现,核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路在情绪障碍的病理过程中发挥着重要作用。中医药可通过调控该通路,从多层面干预情绪障碍。这一机制不仅拓展了中医药治疗情绪障碍的理论基础,也为未来完善中西医结合治疗的临床方案提供了重要科学依据,值得临床医师借鉴。
Emotional disorders is a common mental illness in contemporary clinical practice,mainly including depression and anxiety disorder.Its pathogenesis involves a variety of factors,and often has potential associations with other diseases,which has become a hot spot in many pharmacological experiments.In recent years,studies have found that nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway plays an important role in the pathological process of emotional disorders.Traditional Chinese medicine can intervene in emotional disorders from multiple levels by regulating this pathway.This mechanism not only expands the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of emotional disorders,but also provides an important scientific basis for the future improvement of the clinical program of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,which is worthy of reference by clinicians.
