摘要
目的 深入理解中心静脉置管治疗对肿瘤患者肩关节功能的影响,以期为患者提供更精准的护理和医疗支持。方法 采取目的抽样法选取我院肿瘤科2024年1月至3月住院接受中心静脉置管治疗的10例肿瘤患者为研究对象进行深入访谈,并现场录音,应用内容分析法对访谈内容进行系统整理与深入分析,采用Nvivo 11.0软件进行分析并提炼主题。结果 本次研究发现,肩关节功能障碍在中心静脉置管后肿瘤患者中是一个普遍存在的并发症,通过分析共提炼出4个主题:感觉因素、知识因素、信念因素和行为因素。结论 通过深入了解肿瘤患者中心静脉置管后带管期间出现的肩关节功能障碍情况,建议临床医护人员应该根据不同症状和表现的患者制定出更加有效的个性化护理方案,以减轻患者的痛苦,提高其生活质量。同时,也为进一步优化肿瘤患者的治疗方案提供了有益的借鉴与参考。
Objective To deeply understand the effect of central venous catheterization on shoulder joint function of tumor patients,in order to provide more accurate nursing and medical support for patients.Methods The purpose sampling method was used to select 10 tumor patients who were hospitalized for central venous catheterization in the oncology department of our hospital from January to March 2024 as the research objects,and the in-depth interviews and on-site recording was performed.The content analysis method was used to systematically organize and analyze the interview content,and Nvivo 11.0 software was used for analysis and refinement of the theme.Results This study found that shoulder joint dysfunction is a common complication in tumor patients after central venous catheterization.Through analysis,four themes were extracted:sensory factor,knowledge factor,belief factor and behavioral factor.Conclusion Through in-depth understanding of shoulder joint dysfunction in tumor patinets during central venous catheterization,it is suggested that clinical medical staff should develop more effective personalized nursing programs according to patients with different symptoms and manifestations,so as to alleviate the pain of patients and improve their quality of life.At the same time,it also provides a useful reference for further optimizing the treatment of tumor patients.
