摘要
目的 研究邵阳市残疾人对于音乐治疗的接受度,并分析残疾人音乐治疗需求的影响因素。方法 抽取邵阳市不同地区9所残疾人康复服务机构中的450位残疾人进行问卷调查。分析邵阳市残疾人对音乐治疗的了解、接受度;通过Logistic回归模型分析残疾人音乐治疗需求的影响因素。结果 共发放问卷450份,回收450份,回收率为100.00%;有效问卷437份,有效率为97.11%。437位残疾人中有112人(25.63%)对音乐治疗完全不了解,137人(31.35%)从未参与过音乐治疗,253人(57.89%)有音乐治疗的需求。单因素分析结果显示,不同性别、年龄、残疾类型、受教育程度、家庭收入水平残疾人的音乐治疗需求比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、受教育程度、家庭收入水平是残疾人音乐治疗需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 邵阳市残疾人对于音乐治疗的认知度不足,接受度和需求度不高;政策制定者和社会服务机构需要考虑残疾人性别、年龄、受教育程度及家庭收入水平等因素,有针对性地设计音乐治疗项目,确保残疾人能够获得最大疗效。
Objective To study the acceptance of music therapy for the disabled people in Shaoyang city,and to analyze the influencing factors of the disabled people's demand for music therapy.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 450 disabled people in 9 disabled rehabilitation service institutions in different regions of Shaoyang.The understanding and acceptance of music therapy for the disabled people in Shaoyang city were analyzed;Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of music therapy needs of the disabled people.Results A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed and 450 were recovered,with a recovery rate of 100.00%;there were 437 valid questionnaires,with an effective rate of 97.11%.Of the 437 disabled people,112 people(25.63%)had no knowledge of music therapy,137 people(31.35%)had never participated in music therapy,and 253 people(57.89%)had music therapy needs.The results of single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in the demand for music therapy among disabled people with different gender,age,disability type,education level and family income level(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis results showed that gender,age,education level and family income level were the influencing factors of the demand for music therapy of disabled people(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness of music therapy of the disabled people in Shaoyang city is insufficient,and the acceptance and demand are not high;policy makers and social service agencies need to consider factors such as gender,age,education level and family income level of disabled people,and design targeted music therapy programs to ensure that disabled people can achieve maximum efficacy.
