摘要
加强对建筑施工中防水防渗施工技术的应用研究可以有效减少房屋建筑中的渗漏问题。基于此,文章首先从材料、设计和施工3方面分析了当前施工中常见的渗漏原因并总结了防水反渗水施工技术的应用关键,然后从防水防渗施工技术在屋面、外墙、厨卫等方面的具体应用展开深入分析。研究结果表明,合理选用防水材料,严格规范施工流程以及优化设计方案,能显著提升建筑的防水性能,确保工程质量。
Strengthening the application research of waterproof and seepage prevention construction technology in building construction can effectively reduce the leakage problem in housing construction.Based on this,this paper analyzes the common causes of leakage in current construction from three aspects of materials,design and construction,and summarizes the key application of waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology,and then carries out in-depth analysis from the specific application of waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology in roof,exterior wall,kitchen and bathroom.The research results show that reasonable selection of waterproof materials,strict specification of construction process and optimization of design scheme can significantly improve the waterproof performance of buildings and ensure the engineering quality.
