摘要
文章系统梳理了3D打印技术的发展历程、技术特点及其在建筑行业的应用现状,分析了典型建筑外围墙结构中3D打印技术的具体应用效果,评估了其相较于传统施工方法的优势与不足,并通过实验验证了3D打印外围墙结构的力学性能、耐久性及经济性等指标。研究结果表明,3D打印技术在建筑外围墙结构中的应用具有显著提高施工效率、降低成本、优化结构设计及提升工程质量的优势,能够实现复杂结构的精准制造,减少材料浪费,缩短施工周期,并显著提升外围墙结构的力学性能与耐久性。
This article systematically reviews the development history,technical characteristics,and current application status of 3D printing technology in the construction industry.It analyzes the specific application effects of 3D printing technology in typical building exterior wall structures,evaluates its advantages and disadvantages compared to traditional construction methods,and verifies the mechanical performance,durability,and economic indicators of 3D printed exterior wall structures through experiments.The research results indicate that the application of 3D printing technology in building exterior wall structures has significant advantages in improving construction efficiency,reducing costs,optimizing structural design,and enhancing engineering quality.It can achieve precise manufacturing of complex structures,reduce material waste,shorten construction cycles,and significantly improve the mechanical performance and durability of exterior wall structures.
