基于绿色建筑理念的夏热冬冷地区公共建筑节能施工研究

摘要 文章以位于夏热冬冷地区的某项目为例,旨在通过绿色建筑理念提升公共建筑的节能效果,实现可持续发展的目标。该项目采用CFD仿真模拟技术进行建筑设计优化,结合余热回收、节水系统及节地与节材技术,以降低建筑能耗、节约水资源,并提升整体建筑的可持续性。此外,该项目引入楼宇自动化系统、太阳能热水系统及屋顶绿化等措施,全面提高了建筑地能效水平,优化了室内环境的舒适性。 Taking a project located in a hot summer and cold winter area as an example,this article aims to improve the energysaving effect of public buildings through green building concepts and achieve the goal of sustainable development.This project adopts CFD simulation technology for architectural design optimization,combining waste heat recovery,water-saving systems,and land and material saving technologies to reduce building energy consumption,save water resources,and enhance the overall sustainability of the building.In addition,the project has introduced measures such as building automation systems,solar hot water systems,and roof greening,which have comprehensively improved the energy efficiency level of the building and optimized the comfort of the indoor environment.
