摘要
随着中国科研实力的不断提升和国际影响力的日益扩大,基础医学领域吸引了越来越多的外籍博士后来华从事博士后科研工作。然而,文化适应相关问题给在华外籍博士后的培养带来诸多挑战。本文从文化适应视域出发,深入分析基础医学在华外籍博士后在培养过程中面临的文化适应问题,从生活适应活动立体化、科研融合实践全链条一体化、职业发展支持系统化等三个方面探讨有效的培养路径,为提高在华外籍博士后的培养质量、促进基础医学领域的国际交流合作提供参考。
With the continuous improvement of China’s scientific research strength and the increasing international influence,there are more and more foreign postdoctoral fellows in the field of basic medicine have been attracted to come to China to engage in postdoctoral research work.However,cultural adaptation related issues pose many challenges to the training of foreign postdoctoral fellows in China.This paper bases on the perspective of cultural adaptation,deeply analyzes the cultural adaptation problems faced by foreign postdoctoral fellows in basic medicine in China during the training process,exploring effective training paths from three aspects:the three-dimensional adaptation of life activities,the integration of scientific research and practice throughout the entire chain,and the systematization of career development support,to provide reference for improving the quality of training for foreign postdoctoral fellows in China and promoting international exchange and cooperation in the field of basic medicine.
