摘要
为了构建完整且细节清晰的活性污泥显微图像全景图,提出一种基于特征点和最佳接缝线算法的活性污泥显微图像的多图像拼接方法。以沈阳某污水处理厂的活性污泥显微图像为研究对象,对其进行全景图像拼接实验,结果表明,所提方法的拼接效果在客观指标和主观评价方面表现良好,能够为研究人员提供更为直观和详细的全景图像样本信息。
With a view to constructing a complete and clear panorama of activated sludge microscopic im-ages,a multi-image stitching method for the activated sludge microscopic images based on feature points and the best seam line algorithm was proposed.Through taking the microscopic image of the activated sludge in a sewage treatment plant as an example,the experiment on panoramic image stitching was carried out to show that,the stitching effect of the proposed method performs well in terms of objective indicators and subjective evaluation,which could provide researchers with more intuitive and detailed information of panoramic image samples.
