摘要
目的探讨中药复方对高血压合并高脂血症患者血压及血脂的影响,评估中药复方在改善此类病症中的临床应用价值。方法选取2023年12月至2024年12月期间,符合纳入标准的高血压合并高脂血症患者共100例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。研究组给予特定中药复方治疗,对照组采用常规西药疗法。观察周期为12个月,在第0、3、6、9、12个月进行随访,记录收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)五项指标的变化情况。结果经过12个月的干预,研究组与对照组相比,在降低收缩压方面,研究组平均下降了18.5 mmHg,而对照组为12.7 mmHg;在降低舒张压上,研究组平均减少了11.3 mmHg,对照组为7.9 mmHg。对于血脂指标,研究组的TC水平平均降低了22.4 mg/dL,TG水平平均下降了25.6 mg/dL,HDL-C水平平均增加了4.3 mg/dL;对照组相应数值分别为17.8 mg/dL、18.9 mg/dL和2.1 mg/dL。结论特定中药复方在治疗高血压合并高脂血症中表现出良好的降压调脂效果,能够有效降低患者的收缩压、舒张压,并且改善TC、TG和HDL-C等血脂指标,相较于常规西药疗法显示出一定的优势。
Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese herbal formulas on blood pressure and lipid levels in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidaemia,and to evaluate the clinical application value of Chinese herbal formulas in improving such conditions.Method A total of 100 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidaemia who met the inclusion criteria were selected between December 2023 and December 2024 and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 50 patients in each group.The study group received treatment with a specific traditional Chinese medicine compound,while the control group received conventional Western medicine therapy.The observation period was 12 months,with follow-ups conducted at months 0,3,6,9,and 12.Changes in five indicators—systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)—were recorded.Result After 12 months of intervention,compared with the control group,the study group showed a significant reduction in systolic blood pressure,with an average decrease of 18.5 mmHg,while the control group decreased by 12.7 mmHg.In terms of diastolic blood pressure,the study group decreased by an average of 11.3 mmHg,while the control group decreased by 7.9 mmHg.For lipid levels,the study group showed an average decrease of 22.4 mg/dL in TC,25.6 mg/dL in TG,and an increase of 4.3 mg/dL in HDL-C;the corresponding values for the control group were 17.8 mg/dL,18.9 mg/dL,and 2.1 mg/dL,respectively.Conclusion The specific Chinese herbal formula demonstrated good antihypertensive and lipid-lowering effects in the treatment of hypertension combined with hyperlipidaemia,effectively reducing patients'systolic and diastolic blood pressure and improving lipid parameters such as TC,TG,and HDL-C,showing certain advantages over conventional Western drug therapy.
