摘要
目的探讨他汀类药物在血脂调节中的药学成效及其安全性。通过评估治疗前后血脂水平的变化以及观察不良反应的发生情况,旨在为临床合理用药提供依据。方法选取2024年2月至2025年2月期间的100例高脂血症患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各50例。研究组给予他汀类药物治疗,对照组则采用常规疗法。设定五项观察指标:总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)水平变化、不良反应发生率。疗程为期12个月,定期检测并记录各项生化指标。结果研究结束时,研究组患者的TC水平平均下降了2.1 mmol/L,LDL-C水平降低了1.8 mmol/L,HDL-C水平上升了0.4 mmol/L,TG水平减少了0.9 mmol/L,而对照组上述指标分别为0.5 mmol/L、0.4 mmol/L、0.1 mmol/L和0.3 mmol/L。此外,研究组中出现轻度肌肉疼痛的患者有5例,占10%,对照组未见此类症状报告。其他轻微不良反应如胃肠道不适,在研究组和对照组发生率分别为6%和4%。结论在本研究中,他汀类药物对于改善血脂异常具有显著效果,能够有效降低TC、LDL-C水平,并适度提高HDL-C水平,同时对TG也有一定降低作用。虽然存在一定比例的不良反应,但大多数症状轻微且可控。因此,在严格监测下使用他汀类药物进行血脂调节是安全有效的。
Objective To explore the pharmacological efficacy and safety of statins in blood lipid regulation.By evaluating the changes in blood lipid levels before and after treatment and observing the occurrence of adverse reactions,the aim is to provide a basis for rational drug use in clinical practice.Method 100 patients with hyperlipidemia from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The research group was treated with statins,while the control group received conventional therapy.Set five observation indicators:total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),changes in triglyceride(TG)levels,and incidence of adverse reactions.The treatment lasts for 12 months,with regular testing and recording of various biochemical indicators.Result At the end of the study,the average TC level of the study group patients decreased by 2.1 mmol/L,LDL-C level decreased by 1.8 mmol/L,HDL-C level increased by 0.4 mmol/L,and TG level decreased by 0.9 mmol/L,while the above indicators in the control group were 0.5 mmol/L,0.4 mmol/L,0.1 mmol/L,and 0.3 mmol/L,respectively.In addition,there were 5 patients in the study group who experienced mild muscle pain,accounting for 10%,while no such symptoms were reported in the control group.The incidence of other mild adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal discomfort was 6%in the study group and 4%in the control group.Conclusion In this study,statins have a significant effect on improving blood lipid abnormalities,effectively reducing TC and LDL-C levels,moderately increasing HDL-C levels,and also having a certain reducing effect on TG.Although there is a certain proportion of adverse reactions,most symptoms are mild and controllable.Therefore,the use of statins for lipid regulation under strict monitoring is safe and effective.
