摘要
系统梳理公路桥梁项目管理体系特征与现存问题,从规划设计、施工实施到运维阶段构建BIM技术全周期应用框架,论证其在信息集成、风险预判、协同优化及成本控制维度的核心优势。针对技术标准缺失、组织适配性不足等实施障碍,提出分层推进策略与生态共建路径。BIM技术通过数据驱动与模型协同机制,推动项目管理向数字化、精细化转型,为行业高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践范式。
This paper systematically combes the characteristics and existing problems of the highway bridge project management system,constructs a full-cycle application framework of BIM technology from the planning and design,construction implementation to the operation and maintenance stages,and demonstrates its core advantages in information integration,risk prediction,collaborative optimization,and cost control dimensions.Aiming at the implementation obstacles such as the lack of technical standards and insufficient organizational adaptability,a hierarchical promotion strategy and ecological co-construction path are proposed.Through the data-driven and model collaboration mechanism,BIM technology promotes the digital and refined transformation of project management,providing theoretical support and practical paradigm for the high-quality development of the industry.
