摘要
迟发性性腺功能减退症(late-onset hypogonadism,LOH)是发生于中老年男性的常见病。中医药治疗可有效改善LOH症状,中医认为在LOH发病过程中,“阳明脉衰”驱动“肾气衰”;脂肪组织(adipose tissue,AT)功能障碍可能是阳明脉衰、脾失健运的重要表现。治疗LOH应当兼顾脾肾,养后天以滋先天,可采用健脾益气、滋阴补肾,温肾暖脾、益气助阳,健脾补肾、利湿化浊之法,调理阳明、培补肾气。
Late-onset hypogonadism(LOH)is a common condition in middle-aged and elderly men that severely affects their quality of life.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can effectively improve LOH symptoms.TCM theory holds that in the pathogenesis of LOH,"decline of the Yangming meridian"drives"kidney qi deficiency".Dysfunction of adipose tissue(AT)may be an important manifestation of Yangming meridian decline and spleen dysfunction.Treatment of LOH should address both the spleen and kidney,nourishing the acquired constitution to support the innate constitution.Methods such as invigorating the spleen and benefiting qi,nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney,warming the kidney and spleen,benefiting qi to assist yang,strengthening the spleen and kidney,and promoting diuresis to remove turbidity can be used to regulate the Yangming meridian and reinforce kidney qi.
