摘要
电动汽车无法上电是新能源汽车常见故障之一,以吉利EV450汽车整车控制系统故障导致整车上电故障的3个例子展开逻辑分析,从故障现象入手,分析控制逻辑,寻找控制线路中的异同,通过多次使用“相关性分析法”,快速缩小故障范围,提升了故障诊断分析的速度,为汽车检测与维修提供参考。
One of the common faults of new energy vehicles is that the electric vehicle cannot be powered on.Logical analysis was carried out with three examples of the power-on failure of the whole vehicle caused by the fault of the whole vehicle control system of Geely EV450.Starting from the fault phenomenon,the control logic was analyzed,the similarities and differences in the control circuit were looked for.By using the"correlation analysis method"for many times,the fault range was quickly narrowed,the speed of fault diagnosis and analysis was improved,which provided a reference for automobile detection and maintenance.
