羊毛/莫代尔混纺纱线的透气性与保暖性研究

摘要 现代纺织服装领域对材料舒适性的要求日益提高。羊毛纤维以其优异的保暖性和吸湿性著称,但单独使用时易产生闷热感;莫代尔纤维则拥有良好的透气导湿能力与柔软触感,但隔热性能不足。将两者混纺可形成优势互补。因此,对羊毛/莫代尔混纺体系中纤维的协同作用进行探讨,旨在为开发可动态适应环境需求的智能混纺纱线提供理论支撑,推动高性能生态纺织品的产业化应用。 The comfort of materials is increasingly demanded in the field of modern textiles and garments.Wool fiber is famous for its excellent warmth retention and hygroscopicity,but it is easy to feel sultry when used alone.Modal fiber has good air permeability and moisture conductivity and soft touch,but its heat insulation performance is insufficient.Blending them can complement each other.Therefore,the synergistic effect of fibers in wool/modal blended system is discussed,aiming at providing theoretical support for developing intelligent blended yarns that can dynamically adapt to environmental needs and promoting the industrial application of high-performance ecological textiles.
