对《印染行业绿色低碳发展技术指南(2024版)》标准的发布意义、框架结构、技术内容变化进行解读,对加快推动其应用提出建议。
The significance,framework structure,and changes in technical content of the release of the“Technical Guidelines for Green and Low Carbon Development in the Printing and Dyeing Industry(2024 Edition)”standard are inter⁃preted,and suggestions are made to accelerate its application.
