摘要
目的 分析糖尿病诊断中血清C肽检验与糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin A1c, HbA1c)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose, FBG)及餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose, 2 hPBG)联合检测的诊断效能。方法 选取2023年11月—2024年11月阜宁县疾病预防控制中心检验科收治的5 000例糖尿病患者作为观察组,选取同期进行体检的健康人群5 000例作为参照组。两组均实施血清C肽、HbA1c、FBG与2 hPBG检测。对比检验结果并分析单一、联合检验的诊断效能。结果 观察组血清C肽水平低于参照组,HbA1c、FBG与2 hPBG水平高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合检验的灵敏度、特异度与准确度高于单一指标检验,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在糖尿病患者临床诊断中,血清C肽、HbA1c、FBG与2 hPBG联合检测能够提高诊断效能。
Objective The diagnostic efficacy of serum C peptide test combined with glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)in the diagnosis of diabetes was analyzed.Methods From November 2023 to November 2024,5000 diabetic patients admitted to the Laboratory Department of Funing County Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected as the observation group,and 5000 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the reference group.Serum C peptide,HbA1c,FBG and 2 hPBG were detected in both groups.The test results were compared and the di-agnostic efficacy of single and combined tests was analyzed.Results The level of serum C peptide in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the levels of HbA1c,FBG and 2 hPBG were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the combined test were higher than those of the single index test,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients,the combined detection of serum C peptide,HbA1c,FBG and 2 hPBG can improve the diagnostic efficiency.
