摘要
                
                    现代产业学院是一种新型教育组织,开展现代产业学院实践育人研究,推进实践教学体系改革具有重要意义。基于OBE理念,引入产业生态,形成校园生态与产业生态双生态协同实践育人新路径。通过贯通式设计将各项独立实践课程关联起来,形成层次化、多元化、特色化的实践教学链,构建产业学院全过程参与的“面向岗位、能力分层、多元训练、协同保障”的实践教学体系,探索现代产业学院实践育人的新机制和新路径。
                
                As a new type of educational organization,modern industry colleges play a pivotal role in driving the reform of the practical teaching system within modern industry colleges.Based on the OBE concept,industry ecosystems are introduced to form a dual-ecosystem collaborative practical education approach,comprising industry and campus ecosystems.Through integrated design,modern industry colleges link various independent practical courses together to build a hierarchical,diverse,and distinctive practical teaching chain,construct a practical teaching system which is oriented towards job positions,focuses on tiered capability development,incorporates diverse training methods and ensures collaborative support,and explore new mechanisms for practical education.
