大数据背景下高校资产管理研究综述与展望

摘要在大数据时代,数据已成为全球竞争中的战略性资源。高校资产管理正经历着深刻的变革,资产管理的重要性日益凸显。如何有效地对资产进行管理是当前高校国有资产管理面临的挑战,大数据技术为资产管理模型构建、数据挖掘应用等带来新契机,推动资产管理优化。本研究采用文献调研和内容分析等方法,系统梳理了高校资产管理现状和特点,归纳述评了大数据技术和信息化建设在资产管理中的应用,利用大数据助力提升管理效率与决策能力,为资产管理与预算管理结合提供思路。最后指出,大数据技术虽然优势突出,但在数据安全等方面存在不足。未来仍需深入探索大数据技术与高校资产管理实践的融合,推动高校资产管理向高效智能发展,促进高质量发展。 In the era of big data,data has become a strategic resource in global competition.Asset management is undergoing profound changes.The importance of asset management in colleges and universities is becoming more and more prominent.How to effectively manage assets is the current challenge of state-owned asset management in colleges and universities,and at the same time,big data technology brings new opportunities for the construction of asset management models,data mining applications,etc.,and promotes the optimization of asset management.This study adopts the methods of literature research and content analysis to systematically sort out the current situation and characteristics of asset management in domestic colleges and universities;summarizes and evaluates the application of big data and informatization construction in asset management;big data help to improve the management efficiency and decision-making ability as well as to provide a combination of ideas for asset management and budget management.Finally,it is pointed out that although the advantages of big data technology are outstanding,there are deficiencies in data security and other aspects.In the future,it is necessary to deeply explore its integration with the practice of university asset management,promote the development of university asset management to efficient and intelligent,and promote the progress of education.
