摘要
医用气体是指用于麻醉、治疗、诊断及预防领域的常用气体,包括单一成分或混合成分,其作用对象涵盖患者及医疗器械。这类气体不仅是维系危重患者生命、促进患者康复的关键支持,也是驱动各种医疗设备运行的动力来源,其安全性直接关联到医患双方的生命安全。因此,确保医用气体系统的安全性是一个亟需重视的问题,这直接影响到医院的医疗安全和质量。本文介绍了医用气体在当今医院的重要作用,并通过文献调研和实地考察概述了医用气体在国内外医院使用的发展历程,总结了现有的医用气体类型和医用气体系统。同时结合医院现有建设工艺提出了对未来医院应用医用气体的展望,旨在为医院医疗气体的合理高效使用提供参考。
Medical gases refer to commonly used gases in the fields of anesthesia,treatment,diagnosis,and prevention,including single component or mixed components,which act on patients or medical devices.Medical gases are used to sustain the lives of critically ill patients,promote patient recovery,and power various medical devices.Their safety is directly related to the lives of patients and medical staff.Therefore,ensuring the safety of medical gas systems is an issue that requires urgent attention,as it directly affects the medical safety and quality of hospitals.This article introduces the critical role of medical gases in modern hospitals.Through literature research and field investigations,it summarizes the development history of the use of medical gases in hospitals at home and abroad,and concludes the existing types of medical gases and medical gas systems.Meanwhile,combined with the current construction technology of hospitals,it puts forward prospects for the future application of medical gases in hospitals,aiming to provide a reference for the rational and efficient use of medical gases in hospitals.
