摘要
钛合金因其优异的性能成为轻量化材料的重要选择,但是因其表面耐磨性不足,所以发展受到制约。激光熔覆技术是提高钛合金表面性能的重要方法,具有冶金结合强度高以及成型性能可调控等优点。通过梳理使用激光熔覆技术制备钛合金覆层的最新研究进展,重点分析激光熔覆工艺参数优化和粉末材料方面的成果,发现激光功率与扫描速度对覆层性能影响显著,再结合对耐磨性能和耐蚀性能提升机理的综述得知,激光熔覆可通过冶金结合与微观结构调控有效改善钛合金表面性能,最后就该技术目前所遇到的问题给出未来发展趋势的一定预测。
Titanium alloy is an important choice for lightweight materials because of its excellent properties,but its development is restricted due to poor surface wear resistance.Laser cladding technology is an important method to improve the surface properties of titanium alloys with advantages such as high metallurgical bonding strength and controllable forming properties.In this paper,the latest research developments in preparing titanium alloy cladding via laser cladding technology are summarized.The results of process parameter optimization and powder material selection are analyzed,revealing that laser power and scanning speed significantly affect cladding performance.Furthermore,the mechanisms underlying improvements in wear resistance and corrosion resistance are discussed,demonstrating that laser cladding effectively enhances surface properties through metallurgical bonding and microstructure refinement.Finally,current challenges are addressed,and future development trends are predicted.
