摘要
叶片作为直接与大气接触的植物组织,能吸收和富集大气中重金属(HMs)与多环芳烃(PAHs)。通过检测植物叶片内污染物浓度,可分析大气环境中污染物浓度和变化趋势。由于植物叶片监测法具有操作简单、方便等优势,在大气污染监测、评价和溯源等方面具有较大的潜力。综合了国内外相关研究成果,详细介绍了植物叶片监测大气HMs和PAHs污染的优势、应用范围和影响因素,并提出具有规范性的样品采集和处理方法。
Leaves,as plant tissues in direct contact with the atmosphere,can absorb and accumulate heavy metals(HMs)and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)from the air.By measuring the concentration of pollutants in plant leaves,the concentration and trends of atmospheric pollutants can be analyzed.Due to its advantages of simple operation and convenience,the plant leaf monitoring method holds significant potential for atmospheric pollution monitoring,assessment and source tracing.Based on the comprehensive research results at home and abroad,this article provided a detailed introduction to the advantages,application scope and influencing factors of plant leaf monitoring of HMs and PAHs pollution in the atmosphere,and proposed standardized sample collection and processing methods.
